· Non-directional polypropylene bristles · · Self-locking bristles hold the filter in place · · Stainless Steel core · · Description: Twisted-in-wire brush with 26" long brush body, ¼" tip and 3 ½" long handle end with 90 degree bend ½" out from bush part. Bush body will have major diameter of 4.313" for a length of 9" starting ½" from the 90 degree handle bend. Then will transition down to 3 ½" diameter over the next 2" and held at 3 ½" diameter for the next 12". There is a scallop cut about the O.D. in the major diameter beginning 2" in from the end per drawing at left. The stem is 11 gauge stainless steel and the fill material will be .015 yellow crimped prostran polypropylene. · · Minimum GPD equals 1,052 (may be manifolded together for up to 5,260 GPD) · · Each bristle: 0.015" thick, 2" long, V = 0.00075 cubic inches, A = 0.09425 square inches. · · Number of bristles: 376 bristles per row x 56 rows = 21,056 bristles per filter. · · Filter: 3,509 linear feet of filter bristle (over 2/3 of a mile), V = 15.87 cubic inches, A = 1,984.52 square inches of surface area. · · Filter area: 15.87 cubic inches. · · Open area: 637.58 cubic inches. · · Hydro-dynamically designed for unrestricted filtration flow.
