Sim/Tech Filter Introduces

The All-In-One A1-Vault

The A1-Vault is a multi-faceted unit for the filtration of water in either pump or gravity flow systems.  The A-1 can be used for many different applications including, but not limited to:  onsite wastewater, cisterns, pet kennels, and car washes.  Below are a few of the features of the All-in-One A1 vault.

 

¨ Cleaning of the A1 is done without having to remove and disassemble it

¨ Cleaning can be performed while the A1 is in operation.

¨ The filtration size of the A1 is easily changed.  (standard unit filters to less than 1/16”)

¨ Other Sim/Tech filtration technology such as the bristle filter (STF-110 series) and pressure filter (STF-100 series) can be easily incorporated

¨ External filtration allows debris to slough off into tank and not accumulate inside of the A1

¨ The base height of the A1 can be easily adjusted with the addition of standard 4” sewer & drain or SDR35 pipe or it can be hung in the tank

¨ Low water shut-off switch available for pump shutdown

¨ Filters can be added up to any height

After the stopper is inserted into a stand tube, the associated filter tube can be removed.  The stopper prevents water from entering the filter while submerged in the wastewater.  This feature also allows the unit to be serviced while the system is in operation.

 

The picture at right shows the A1 after use in a residential septic tank.  The filter was installed directly in the septic tank.  Also shown is the sludge depth in the tank at the time of removal.  The effluent was pumped out with the turbine pump shown below.
